Cloke & Co is a small independent firm of Chartered Certified Accountants and Registered Auditors based in the City of London. Started in 1980, our firm specialises in offering accounting and taxation services to both small businesses and individuals. Our size allows us to provide an all-round personal service to our clients, starting from initial advice on starting a new business venture, right through to preparing financial accounts and tax returns. We provide our clients with a wide range of services including accounting, audit, taxation, payroll and company secretarial.

We deal with a wide range of clients who are based throughout the United Kingdom, as well as in Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, The Netherlands and the United States of America, and cover many types of business including antiquarian books, architects, art dealers, art galleries, Chartered Surveyors, charities, coffee importers and exporters, designers, exhibition stand designers and manufacturers, export agents, farmers, flat management companies, film location services, holiday lettings, interior designers, IT consultants, marketing, media services, pubs & restaurants, retailers, solicitors, trade associations and writers. We provide services to individuals, LLP’s, partnerships, trusts and limited companies. Our client base has expanded over the years and it is a matter of great pride to us that many of our clients have been with us throughout the life of the firm. We are now acting for the second generation of many clients.
